SOLDI NOW PRIVACY POLICY

Version: 2026-11-01 Last Updated: November 1, 2026

Summary of changes from the August 6, 2026 version. This version describes information collected when you order as a guest, at a kiosk, by voice, or through a third-party AI assistant; card details we receive from card processors; information about merchant owners shared with card processors; the categories of service providers we use; retention periods by category of information; and your California privacy rights in more detail. It also corrects how to opt out of promotional communications (Section 4.2).

This Privacy Policy describes how Soldi Now, Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Soldi Now") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information about people who use our applications, websites, ordering pages, kiosks, and other services ("you" or "your"), including customers who order or pay at participating merchants without creating an account.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

1.1 Information We Collect

1.2 How We Use Information

1.3 Lawful Bases for Processing

Where required by applicable law (such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation), we rely on lawful grounds to process personal information, including consent, performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (such as securing our services, operating the Soldi Now offer network, and measuring the effectiveness of offers), provided these do not override your rights.

2. DATA PROTECTION AND RETENTION

2.1 Security Measures

We use security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure hosting to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers and bank details are additionally encrypted at the application level.

2.2 Data Handling and Access

2.3 Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Rather than a fixed period for every category, we use the following criteria to decide how long each category is kept:

Category Criteria
Account information While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with law
Identity and bank information As required by law and by our banking and card-processing partners, including anti-money-laundering recordkeeping rules that apply after an account is closed
Order, transaction, and card information (other than full card numbers, which we never receive) While needed for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes and as required by applicable regulations, including chargeback and refund windows set by card networks
Rewards and offer history While your account is open and rewards or offers remain redeemable, and afterwards only as needed for accounting and dispute purposes
Voice ordering request text Only as long as needed to complete the order, improve recognition accuracy, and investigate problems
Kiosk sign-in phone lookups Not stored separately; the order record is kept as above
Behavioral and engagement data While needed to operate the Soldi Now offer network and measure offer effectiveness, after which it is deleted or de-identified
Technical and usage data and logs Only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and service operation
Merchant owner information While the merchant account is open, and afterwards as required by law and by our banking and card-processing partners

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

3.1 Merchants

When you order from or pay a participating merchant, the merchant receives the information needed to fulfill and support the order, such as your name, the email address or phone number you provided, order details, transaction amount, and rewards used.

3.2 Service Providers

We share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf, including:

3.3 Merchant Underwriting

If you register a business, we share business and owner information with card processors and their banks to apply for card acceptance. They may obtain credit reports and verify identity as part of underwriting, under their own privacy policies.

3.4 Promotional Communications on Behalf of Merchants

Soldi Now may send you email and in-app messages, and—only where you have separately agreed—push notifications or SMS messages, on behalf of participating merchants you have transacted with or whose target audience you belong to. Some of these communications are triggered automatically by behavioral signals (for example, time since your last visit or your visit frequency). Each promotional communication identifies Soldi Now as the sender and the merchant on whose behalf it is sent (and, where applicable, the funding Brand Partner). You may opt out at any time, as described in Section 4.2.

3.5 Cross-Merchant Offers and Discovery

To personalize discovery, to power win-back, retention, and first-visit campaigns, and to let participating merchants extend offers to customers of other participating merchants, Soldi Now uses signals derived from your activity, including transaction frequency, recency, basket size, and merchant categories. Audience selection is performed internally by Soldi Now; a targeted merchant does not receive your identity unless and until you choose to redeem its offer.

3.6 Brand-Funded Promotions and De-Identified Reporting

Where Soldi Now runs a campaign funded by a consumer-product brand, distributor, or similar partner ("Brand Partner"):

3.7 Measurement

Reports to a merchant concerning that merchant's own customers may include identifiable transaction information already known to that merchant. Reports to Brand Partners are aggregate or de-identified as described in Section 3.6.

3.8 Third-Party AI Assistants

If you order through a third-party AI assistant, we return order details, prices, and payment links to that assistant so it can complete your request.

3.9 Legal Compliance and Protection

We may disclose personal information if required by law or valid legal process, or to investigate or protect against fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity.

3.10 Business Transfers

If Soldi Now is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

4. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

4.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@soldinow.com. We will verify your request using information associated with your account or order. Some information must be kept for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons even after a deletion request; we will tell you if this applies.

4.2 Opting Out

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the services (for example, to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and protect against fraud and cross-site request forgery), and may use analytics cookies to understand how the services are used. We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent some features from working.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

You must be 18 or older to create a Soldi Now account, join the Cash Club, or link a bank account. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Card processors, Dwolla, sign-in providers, AI assistants, and other third-party services you use in connection with Soldi Now are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We store and process personal information in the United States. If you access the services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or relevant laws. When we do, we will revise the Version and "Last Updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you through the app, our website, or email. Continued use of our services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
